SCRANTON — U.S. marshals have arrested a man in the South American country of Colombia who is wanted for attempted homicide in Lackawanna County.
John Caro of East Stroudsburg was arrested last year and is now back in the United States.
Caro is accused of firing shots at an SUV and injuring a woman along Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County in 2006.
He was brought back last week and is locked up in Lackawanna County.
