This latest batch of wintry weather may leave quickly with a warm up Monday afternoon, but not before causing another morning of school delays and slow-moving traffic.
Folks in the Northern Tier are waking up to over nine inches of white stuff. In other parts of the area, an icy mix layered by wet snow is making travel difficult. Newswatch 16's Andy Palumbo has a morning update on weather conditions, roads, and power outages caused by the storm.
