He told the judge he and Jason Gardner planned to meet Terell Littles on an alley off of Susquehanna Street to buy drugs and rob him.
Shabazz says Gardner shot and killed Littles.
Gardner is scheduled to go to trial later this year.
In exchange for Shabazz's plea, prosecutors in Lycoming County agreed to recommend a sentence of 15 to 40 years.
