NESQUEHONING — A judge in Carbon County decided on Monday that there is enough evidence to send a driver to trial on homicide charges.
Authorities charged Richard Matsick of Nesquehoning in February with the deaths of two passengers.
Police believe he was under the influence when he crashed a car near Nesquehoning last August.
Evidence against Matsick was presented at the hearing in Carbon County.
