DUNMORE — It’s a tradition on the first day of spring: free Rita’s.
Newswatch 16 stopped by Rita’s Italian Ice on Blakely Street in Dunmore earlier today.
Even though it didn’t feel like spring, plenty of people stopped by, including two little boys who were all bundled up.
Their mom told us even with the chilly weather, they decided to go to get free Italian ice in Lackawanna County.
