SOUTH CANAAN TOWNSHIP — Some workers in Wayne County braved some tough conditions today.
They were not only working high in the air installing power lines, but they were working in the cold rain and wind.
The workers near Waymart were in carts that moved them back and forth as they placed spacers between the power lines that are under construction throughout several counties in our area.
