WILKES-BARRE -- Testimony is underway at a trial involving a state trooper in Luzerne County.
Trooper Carrie Gula is accused of altering her boyfriend's cell phone account without his permission, and then filing a police report claiming her ex-boyfriend assaulted her.
The prosecution called its first witness this morning after both sides gave opening statements.
The trooper's trial in Luzerne County is expected to last three days.
