STROUDSBURG — A man will spend six to 23 months in prison for simple assault and reckless endangerment in Monroe County.
Matthew Ecker of Effort is accused of stabbing two people in Stroudsburg last summer.
Police say they found Ecker holding a bloody knife prior to his arrest.
