PLAINS TOWNSHIP — Crews cleaned up a wreck that created traffic problems on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Luzerne County.

According to officials, a tractor-trailer rolled over in the northbound lanes near the Wyoming Valley exit around 5 a.m. Tuesday.

Troopers said the truck was carrying a load of bottled water.

The driver was taken to the hospital.
