ASHLEY -- Residents of a mobile home park in Luzerne County have running water again. They have been without water since Saturday.
Water service was turned back on around 3 p.m. Monday for folks at Ashley Park in the borough of Ashley.
Management says a broken pipe at the park cut off water to more than 100 people.
The demand for water to cook and clean left some of the water buffaloes empty.
"I came down, got here a little late, it was empty. Then early this morning, it was filled back up. I got the water I needed and I'm getting some now for the dog," said Walter Anderson.
Residents say one water buffalo froze for a short time Saturday night.
