CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP — Charges have been filed in connection with a deadly crash last year in Monroe County.
The wreck happened in March of 2013 on Route 115 near Brodheadsville.
State police say Luz Mujica of Saylorsburg was driving drunk when she lost control of her vehicle and hit a tree.
A passenger, Alyssa Toner, 24, of Wind Gap, was killed.
Mujica was charged last week with homicide by vehicle, DUI and other counts in connection with last year’s crash.
