Three Arrested for Drugs Found During Traffic Stop

GREAT BEND TOWNSHIP — Three people are locked up after drugs were found during a traffic stop in Susquehanna County.

According to state police at Gibson, Shabar Dunham and Waltesa Haygood, both of New York State, and Lemrick Thomas of Philadelphia were arrested after troopers found the drug, PCP, in the vehicle they were in.

Officials said the trio was pulled over on Interstate 81 North in Great Bend Township for traffic violations.

According to troopers, consent was given to search the vehicle where state police found about 16 ounces of PCP.

The three were taken into custody and are now in the Susquehanna County Prison on $150,000 bail.
