LUZERNE COUNTY -- A car ran off the road in Plains Township, near Wilkes-Barre late Saturday night.
Police said a car ran off Route 315 just before 11:00 p.m. Saturday.
According to officials, the roof had to be cut off to get the victim out of the wreckage at the crash in Plains Township.
The victim's name and condition have not yet been released.
