BERLIN TOWNSHIP -- A home along Daniels Road in Berlin Township caught fire just before 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
Honesdale's fire chief said two people were trapped on a second floor porch roof and had to be rescued. One of those people was taken to the hospital.
PennDOT was called in to help with icy conditions caused by the water used to fight the fire.
The fire in Wayne County is under investigation.
