MOUNT COBB -- A church community came together to remember a couple from Wayne County.
A spaghetti dinner was put together at the Light of Christ Church in Mount Cobb on Saturday until 8:00 p.m.
The fundraiser was in memory of Beth and Kenny Anderson.
The couple died within a few days of each other last week.
Beth lost her battle with stage four cancer while Kenny suffered from heart complications.
The fundraiser was originally to help pay for Beth's treatment, since the couple didn't have health insurance.
But now people in the community are collecting money for funeral expenses.
"We have three bands, all gospel, it's just a good time to be with church family," said fundraiser organizer Diane Major.
