LANSFORD — A man accused of using a tire iron to vandalize a police station in Carbon County has been sentenced to prison.
Carl Stevens of Nesquehoning was sentenced on Monday to 18 to 36 months in prison.
Stevens was arrested in March of 2013 after security cameras caught him smashing windows and glass doors with a tire iron in Lansford.
He pleaded guilty to one count of institutional vandalism, one count of persistent disorderly conduct, one count of resisting arrest and one count of obstructing administration of law.
