SCRANTON -- 40 kids were given Lego kits today at the Mall at Steamtown in Scranton and given one hour to build a home.

It's all part of the 4th annual "It's a snap" Lego building contest at the Lackawanna Home Builder's Association Showcase.

There are first, second and third place prizes for two age groups and organizers say the kids get a lot out of the competition.

"The children have a really fun time, it gives them a chance to show their creativity and they're pros at doing this Lego contest," said Marilyn Andres of the Lackawanna Home Builder's Assoc.
