Due to winter weather affecting the region, PennDOT has temporarily reduced the speed limit to 45 mph on Interstate 80 in Clearfield, Centre, and Clinton counties.
PennDOT reminds drivers to use extreme caution if traveling Wednesday morning as icy roads are prevalent across the region.
Although road crews have been out treating roadways, many roads are still experiencing freezing conditions.
