ARCHBALD — About 20 homes and businesses in part of Lackawanna County are without water during this snow storm.
Officials with Pennsylvania American Water say a water main broke Thursday morning on South Main Street in Archbald.
Water was gushing from the pavement.
The road was shut down while crews worked to fix the break.
There is no word when the water will be back on.
