STROUDSBURG — Some sidewalks around Stroudsburg were blocked off Wednesday because of a potentially dangerous situation: icicles.
The borough hired roofers to chip away at the ice on the roof at Newswatch 16’s Pocono newsroom along Main Street.
Very long icicles hanging above parking meters were also removed.
