HANOVER TOWNSHIP — Drugs and guns have a man locked up in Luzerne County.
Police in Hanover Township arrested Moses Sam, 23, at his home on Crystal Street on Monday.
Officers said they found about $4,000 worth of cocaine and three guns.
Sam faces a slew of charges and is being held on $70,000 bail.
