SCRANTON -- Responders said a water main break caused traffic problems Tuesday morning in Scranton.
Authorities said it happened around 8 a.m. on 10th Avenue and Washburn Street.
Responders said it was a six-inch water pipe that broke. Traffic was backed up on South Main Avenue for about an hour.
Crews are on scene working to fix the break.
