SCRANTON — A university student was roughed up and robbed in Scranton, according to police.
Police said it happened at 2:20 a.m. Sunday in the intersection of Vine Street and Taylor Avenue in Scranton.
A University of Scranton student said two men threatened him with a gun and tried to take his phone. Police said he was injured when he fought with the men and was taken to a hospital.
