SCRANTON — A man pleaded guilty Monday in connection with a drug trafficking operation that used pizza boxes to deliver drugs in Lackawanna County.

David Klem, the owner of Clock Tower Bar and Restaurant in Olyphant, was arrested in Operation Take Out last year.

In court, Klem admitted being the head of the drug operation.

According to investigators, dealers would order cocaine from Klem and he would deliver the drugs by putting them in a pizza box with pizza.
