The girls from Abington Heights and Scranton Prep faced off in the 6th Annual Pink Night Basketball Game in Prep's gym in Lackawanna County.
Players, coaches and fans were decked out in all shades of pink to show their support for those battling the disease.
Money raised from the game goes to the Foundation for Cancer Care, which helps local cancer patients with a variety of services, including counseling, transportation and more.
Officials with the foundation say they were thrilled with the outcome.
"Its very touching because one thing about Northeast Pennsylvania, they will always get behind you and support you," said organizer Margot Opsasnick.
