Fugitive Arrested in Kingston

KINGSTON — Police in part of Luzerne County said they have arrested a man wanted for attempted murder in connection with a shooting in Philadelphia.

Officers in Kingston said they arrested Quentin West, 29, of Philadelphia after a traffic stop Friday afternoon.

Police in Philadelphia said West fired five shots and wounded a man last July.

Kingston police arrested another man in the car as well, after they say he lied about his identity.
