HERNDON — Theft charges have been filed against a man from Northumberland County.
The U.S. Attorney’s office says Derl Knarr, 55, of Herndon stole more than $630,000 in insurance funds.
Investigators said he stole the funds while working for Allstate Financial Services from 2006 until 2012.
