LYNN TOWNSHIP --- The snow that fell Wednesday morning caused serious issues for drivers.
A crash in Lehigh County killed a man and woman from Schuylkill County.
It happened just before 3 p.m. on Route 309 near New Tripoli.
Authorities said a pickup carrying the victims and a work van collided on a slushy stretch of 309.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
State police identified the victims as Roger Jones, 52, and Geraldine Jones, 58, of Tamaqua.
