WILKES-BARRE — Child sex charges against a man from Wilkes-Barre are moving on for further court action.
Gary Machinshok gave up his right to a preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
Machinshok and his wife are both accused of plotting to get a girl pregnant because the wife can no longer have children.
Misty Machinshok has her hearing later this month in Luzerne County.
