KINGSTON — A man from Luzerne County has admitted having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl, according to police.
Officers say Edgar Coulter, 22, turned himself into police late last month after meeting the girl on Facebook.
Coulter is also accused of offering the girl drugs at his home on Penn Street in Kingston.
