Water is Flowing Again in Scranton

SCRANTON — Water is flowing again to all customers affected by the water main break in Scranton.

Homes and businesses in Scranton and Moosic have been dealing with no water or low water pressure since that main broke Wednesday in the 500 block of River Street.

Pennsylvania American Water said even though the water is back on, those affected by the break still need to boil their water before using it for drinking or cooking until further notice.

Locations for water tankers and bottled water will remain in place until the boil advisory is lifted.

•    Engine 2 Fire House at Gibbons and Pittston Avenues
