Police said Garey Cox, 45, was shot in the lot just after 2 a.m. Sunday.

The problem was that there was always indigenous crime, then a massive influx of illegal immigrants added more, with the result that Hazleton residents are in almost a state of anarchy. The esteemed Judge Munley struck down former Mayor Barletta’s attempt to have the rule of law prevail, and of course Homeland Security has no interest in the 11 or 12 million illegal immigrants wandering around the country. So you have plenty of native-born criminals and added to that the drug dealers and added to that the illegal immigrants. What a mess.
