SCRANTON -- Scranton police arrested a man who is accused of trying to have sex with a child.
Authorities say 26-year-old Hugo Perez-Banda thought he was meeting a 14-year-old girl on Nay Aug Avenue in Lackawanna County Saturday.
But instead, Police say detectives were there waiting for him.
Prior to this arrest, Banda-Perez was out on bail from being arrested lasted month on charges of terroristic threats and harassment.
He faces charges of attempting to have sex with a minor.
