PLAINS TOWNSHIP — Fire investigators are looking for what sparked a fire in Luzerne County.

Responders said the fire started around 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the 315 plaza in Plains Township.

Fire crews believe it started in the wall between Swift Kennedy Associates and Leggio’s Pizzeria.

Leggio’s was forced to close, but owners believe they will be open for Super Bowl Sunday.

Fire crews blame the fire on an electrical problem.

That’s awful. It sounds like they had some crappy wiring, or something. At least nobody was hurt. Oh, by the way…Where is my buddy “Sundown” to comment on this story? I’m curious to know if he would be in favor of placing a government “minder” in each home and business. Perhaps, this would be a good preventive measure to catching fires before they get out of hand. Hee hee…I’m only kidding, Sundown. Just having some fun. Have a nice Sunday. :-)
