Scranton Prep head basketball coach Andrew Kettel is the Chairman for the 6th annual Coaches vs Cancer Suits and Sneakers Week. This campaign started when Kettel was at Lackawanna Trail and one of his star players was dealing with cancer in his family as his dad had pancreatic cancer. Honesdale is at Scranton Prep on Friday night as the campaign to raise awareness and find a cure for cancer continues in all of Northeast Pennsylvania. 84 teams, 42 games and 1 cause is the theme here in 2014. Coaches vs Cancer is a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches. Between the Lackawanna League and the Wyoming Valley Conference they've raised nearly a 1/2 million dollars.
