SCRANTON — A water main break sent water rushing down River Street in south Scranton Wednesday.
Water flowed over a sidewalk and into the backyard of two apartment homes.
People who live there say their basements also flooded.
A pump truck was brought in to remove the water.
Police believe there were several breaks in the main on the 500block of River Street in Scranton.
