WILLIAMSPORT — A man found guilty of murder in Lycoming County will spend 20 to 40 years in prison.
William Kemp of Williamsport was sentenced on Wednesday.
Kemp was convicted in September in the shooting death of Thomas Schmitt of Allentown.
Authorities say Schmitt was killed after getting into a fight with Kemp in 2012 in Williamsport.
