Attempted Burglary In Susquehanna County

SPRINGVILLE — State police in Susquehanna County are looking for a woman posing as a social worker.

Troopers say the woman was going through a refrigerator Monday at a home on Route 29 in Springville Township.

When the homeowner confronted her, she said she worked for children’s services and was investigating a complaint.

Police are looking for a woman in her 20s to early 30s, approximately 5″6′, medium build, short black hair, full face, with a pierced lip on the left side. She identified herself as Bridget.

    are you sure it wasent a cps worker there all thieves and liars anyway I have proof that they lied not just in person but in court under oath I have it on a recording also have another cps worker admitting he lied for his co worker the most worthless people I know work at the Susquehanna office of cps

    Who does this kind of thing? This lady obviously needs help and should get thrown in jail. Always ask for identification when someone comes to your door!!!
