GREENE TOWNSHIP -- A teenager from Union County is facing attempted homicide charges after allegedly shooting at a state trooper.
State police in Franklin County, near Shippensburg, tried to pull over a car Sunday morning on Interstate 81.
Authorities said the driver, Sean Sellers, 16, of Mifflinburg, pulled out a gun and shot at a state trooper.
When the officer fired back, Sellers surrendered.
According to troopers, Sellers stole the car and the gun from a home in Mifflinburg.
The teen is being charged as an adult, and faces charges of attempted homicide and aggravated assault on a police officer.
