KELLY TOWNSHIP — A theft and a chase ended with man getting zapped and locked up in Union County.
Police said Jesus Santana, 33, of Lewisburg ripped off Walmart near Lewisburg around 4 p.m. Thursday.
Officers said they managed to corner the man in an apartment. Authorities said he attempted to run and attacked a trooper. Cops were able to shock then arrest Santana.
He’s locked up on $125,000 bail in Union County.
