The Wilkes-Barre GAR Grenadiers boy's basketball team held a 30-23 lead on Holy Redeemer at halftime on Wednesday night in a key Wyoming Valley Conference Division II match-up. They extended the lead to 49-35 at the end of the 3rd quarter from the help of James Holmes hitting some key 3-pointers and Isaiah Francis pouring in a game high 33 points as GAR went on for the 69-46 win over Redeemer. With the victory GAR moves to (6-0) in league play while Redeemer falls to (4-2).
