WILKES-BARRE — A man is locked up in Luzerne County on charges he allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl in Wilkes-Barre last year.
Court documents say Maurice Porter, 26, of Dallas and another man, who has not been identified or charged, allegedly raped the girl inside an apartment at Sherman Hills in April 2013.
Porter is locked up in the Luzerne County Jail with bail set at $200,000
