Snow Leads To Crashes, Early Dismissals

The snow has been coming down for a few hours and it's starting to accumulate in much of our area, including the Poconos where the most snow is expected.

Schools are closed or dismissing early. There are reports of crashes throughout our area.

No one was hurt after a school bus crash in Luzerne County.

It happened on West Carey Street near Wilkes-Barre.

Police say a car slid down the street and into the back of the school bus around 11 a.m. Officials say six students were on the bus and no one was hurt.

There are early dismissals and cancellations at schools around our area because of the snowy weather.
