NEWPORT TOWNSHIP -- Charges against a Luzerne County contractor were dismissed at a hearing last week.
Newport Township police charged Charles Harth in October 2013 after he was accused of taking money and not finishing contracting work in Luzerne County.
According to court paperwork, those charges have been dismissed.
Harth's attorney says restitution has been made.
