WYOMING — Police arrested four people for allegedly vandalizing dozens of vehicles in Luzerne County.
Police said about 24 vehicles in the borough of Wyoming had tires slashed early Thursday morning. A window of a home was also smashed.
Three adults and one juvenile were taken into custody for the crimes.
Police have not released their names.
