BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The water is back to normal in a Luzerne County housing development.

People living in the Beech Mountain Lakes development outside Hazleton were asked to conserve water since Sunday until leaks in their water system were fixed.

Aqua Pennsylvania water company believes the cold weather and change in temperatures caused the pipes to leak.

The company said nine leaks were repaired and the water level is back to normal.
