SELINSGROVE — A judge in Snyder County ruled on Tuesday that a controversial tree house must come down.
J.C. Carlson from Selinsgrove has been fighting since last year to keep the tree house he built for his little girl.
The judge sided with the borough’s zoning board, saying the tree house does not meet building codes.
Carlson says he did all he could to save the tree house and will now take it down.
