WILKES-BARRE — Police in Wilkes-Barre are searching for the person who they said mugged a man in the city early Monday.
It happened on North Washington and Butler Streets in Wilkes-Barre around 1 a.m.
Authorities said a man told them someone came up from behind, pointed a gun and stole his cell phone.
