SWOYERSVILLE -- A cheerleader from Luzerne County can be spotted on the front page of an internationally known newspaper!
A picture snapped of Alli Schappert from Swoyersville was shown on page one of the London Times last week.
The 16-year-old was part of a group of cheerleaders from Wyoming Valley West who participated in a New Year's parade near London, England. They were picked to take part in the parade with a number of groups from all over the United States.
Alli's family was also captured in a picture. They spent the holidays together touring Europe.
