HAZLETON — Police in Luzerne County cuffed a man accused of pistol-whipping and robbing another Wednesday night.
Officers said it happened in the area of First Street and Garfield Street just before 10:30 p.m.
According to investigators, Moises Pichardo beat a man in the face with a pistol and then robbed him at gunpoint. The victim was taken to the hospital. Officers did not say what the attacker got away with.
Police are looking for Pichardo who will face a slew of charges. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Hazleton Police.
